Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Sentrix Funded, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Sentrix Funded,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website, purchasing an evaluation, creating an account, or using any Company services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where our services are prohibited by law.
• You are not subject to sanctions, restrictions, or regulatory prohibitions.
• All registration and payment information provided is accurate and complete.

The Company reserves the right to deny service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

2. Evaluation Rules

The Company offers simulated trading evaluation programs designed to assess trading skill, consistency, discipline, and risk management.

Participants must comply with all published program rules, including but not limited to:

• Maximum daily drawdown limits
• Maximum overall drawdown limits
• Profit target requirements
• Trading day minimums
• Position sizing restrictions
• News trading restrictions, if applicable
• Platform-specific trading conditions

Evaluation rules may vary by program type and are incorporated herein by reference.

Failure to comply with evaluation rules may result in account termination.

3. Account Violations

The following constitute material violations:

• Exceeding risk parameters
• Copy trading from unauthorized third parties
• Use of expert advisors, bots, scripts, or automation not expressly approved
• Latency arbitrage
• Tick manipulation
• High-frequency exploitation
• Platform abuse
• Hedging between multiple accounts designed to circumvent risk controls
• Sharing login credentials
• Identity misrepresentation
• Payment fraud or chargebacks

Upon violation, the Company may:

• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Void profits
• Withhold payouts
• Permanently ban users

All determinations are made solely by the Company.

4. Payout Policy

Eligible traders who successfully complete program requirements may qualify for performance-based payouts.

Payout eligibility is subject to:

• Successful completion of all evaluation phases
• Compliance with all trading rules
• Identity verification
• Anti-fraud review
• Payment compliance review

The Company reserves the right to:

• Delay payouts pending investigation
• Request additional verification
• Deny payouts in cases of rule violations or suspicious activity

Payout schedules, percentages, and methods are subject to the specific program purchased.

5. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered solely under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions
• Billing errors caused by the Company
• Technical failures preventing account delivery

Refund eligibility shall be determined solely by the Company.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in permanent account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, trading dashboards, educational materials, and proprietary systems provided by Sentrix Funded remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Sell
• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• License
• Publicly display

any Company intellectual property without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt unauthorized platform access
• Interfere with system performance
• Circumvent platform controls
• Use stolen payment methods
• Create duplicate identities
• Abuse promotional offers
• Manipulate evaluation metrics
• Submit false documentation
• Harass employees, affiliates, or users

Violations may result in immediate termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrix Funded shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Loss of opportunity
• Data loss
• Trading losses
• Service interruptions
• Technical failures
• Third-party platform outages
• Payment processor delays

Under no circumstances shall Company liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming.

Users waive any right to:

• Jury trial
• Class action participation
• Collective legal proceedings

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of Company services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
